Where it all began

Ilminster Osteopathy began in early 2013 after Katie and Simon moved to the area. The old GP's surgery in North Street was the perfect location to start a new osteopathy practice and to start putting down some roots in Ilminster.

Our Story

I'm passionate about movement, being one of the most important things in achieving optimal health.  It was this passion that lead to the creation of Kinesia Ltd bringing both Ilminster Osteopathy and Ilminster Cycle Repair under one roof.  Simon and I have put down strong roots here in Ilminster and with both of our children now at school, our focus is growing our business while enjoying being in this amazing part of the U.K. 

  • Katie graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Masters of Osteopathy, previously working as a sports massage therapist at a London gym.
  • Simon has always been interested in how things work, taking all sorts of things apart to put them back together again.  He's been working on bikes for many years and has a growing number of regular riders that entrust their steeds to him.  If your two wheeled friend needs to TLC then get in touch via his facebook page here.
